The SIMOCON container mobility system comprises 4 mobile jacks each formed by a structure with wheels that fits all types of containers, 10’, 20’, 30’ and 40’ and all heights.
This highly versatile system allows containers of up to 17 tons to be manually loaded and offloaded from airplanes in just a few minutes and in a safe manner since they are totally free moving which allows great precision, movement and transfer of containers on all types of surfaces and towing up to a maximum of 6 km/h.
This system, which can be erected by one operator in a maximum of 4 minutes, allows containers to be moved safely, quickly and effectively without the need for heavy hoisting systems such as cranes which reduces mobility and logistics costs.
Each of the mobile jacks is made from treated steel and has two solid wheels with a rotation system and wheel lock system, hydraulic hand pump for lifting the containers, elevation piston, elevation level indicator, tow bar system, ISO corner fixing system, ISO corner positioning system and bar for handling jacks.
Storage: SIMOCON has a structure inside which the four subsystems are stored. Its total dimensions in the stored position are those of a conventional pallet, which means that storage or transport do not pose any logistics problems and are not expensive.
